What do you do for 30 minutes of exercise?

This video was presented to my social media class today as an example of a video gone viral. Nearly 3 million people have seen this since it was posted last December. It makes some interesting points and is worth the nine minutes you spend watching it. It could change your life.

It got me thinking about how I spend my day and how much exercise I get. Sure, I run. A lot. But I also spend about 15 minutes three to four times a day walking the dog and about 15 minutes walking to and from work. Add in some weight training a couple of times a week and swimming with the girls and I think I’m covered.

I feel great because of it, but I feel even better thinking of the example I am setting for my kids.
