I’m directing a race (kind of)

Hello everybody, I’m the guest race director for this week’s free Run Niagara 5k.

This thing is really taking off – Run Niagara has received some good press, been featured on the radio and on local TV.

Don’t forget, we are back at Merritt Island Park in Welland (enter at the end of Cross Street) this Saturday (July21) for our 4th free 5k run of the series. Start time is 9 a.m.sat weather I know it’s only Thursday night but the weather is looking decent on Saturday morning.

Last time we were in Welland we had just over 50 runners. We are always looking for more – runners of all ages and skills are welcome to join us. It’s casual. It’s social. It’s a lot of fun! Great times all around.

It’s a free run, but you still need to register – sign up online at https://niagarafallsmarathon.com/runniagara

Race day registration starts at 8:30 a.m. at Merritt Island Park.

See you Saturday! Gotta Run,
